Returns and Refund Policy
At eBasketOnline, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer a simple return process for most items, but please take note of the specific conditions and policies for different products.
General Items: 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@ebasketonline.com if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
