Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. Once processed, orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No minimum order required. If any shipping fees apply to your specific order (based on size, weight, or destination), they will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days after processing ( Shipping Info shown on Product page)
  • Expedited Shipping: Available on selected items — options shown at checkout

Most customers receive their orders within 3–10 business days from the order date. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time. We are working to expand our delivery reach in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — whether that means a replacement, a refund, or a reshipped order.


Return Policy

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • Item must be unused and undamaged
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
  4. Drop the package off at any USPS or UPS location
  5. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or not as described, we'll make it right immediately — full refund or free replacement, your choice. Please send us a photo of the issue to support@ebasketonline.com and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or are missing original packaging
  • Hygiene-related items that have been opened (where noted on product page)
